EXCHANGE, RETURN & CANCELLATION  POLICY


  1. We understand that finding the right fit is crucial, which is why we offer a straightforward Size Exchange Only policy. If the item you purchased is the wrong size, you are welcome to exchange it for the exact same product in a different size, subject to stock availability and eligibility requirements. We currently do not offer exchanges for different styles or products.Please note that we uphold a No Returns policy and offer size exchanges only, which can be availed only once per order within the timeframe.

  2.  We offer an exchange period of 5 to 7 working days from the date of delivery. This exchange is available if the item didn't fit you right (size exchange of the same product) or if you received a damaged product( we require unboxing video showing damaged product is received), allowing you to exchange the item for a fresh piece of the same product (subject to availability). 

  3. To initiate an exchange, please contact us immediately by sending an email to our dedicated customer care address at support@poovu.in. 

  4. Please note that we uphold a No Returns policy; however, we gladly offer size exchanges only for the same product purchased if the fit is incorrect. If you have received a wrong or defective item, you must immediately report the issue via email to support@poovu.in .

  5. To process this quickly, please attach unboxing video and clear pictures of the products received, specifically trying to capture any tampered or damaged areas, along with images of the original packaging. This essential step helps us verify the issue and promptly arrange an exchange for a fresh piece. 

  6. Once your exchange request is submitted, please allow 2 to 3 working days for our team to review and approve or reject the request. If approved, our courier partner will pick up the item within the subsequent 4 to 7 working days. Please be aware that transit time for the package to reach our warehouse can take approximately 10 to 15 working days.

  7. After arrival, the product undergoes a quality check which, along with the subsequent approval, takes an additional 3 to 7 working days. Please note that all shipping charges associated with the exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

  8. All exchanged items must be returned in their original, pristine condition, meaning they must be unused, unaltered, and unwashed. This includes having all original packaging and tags securely attached and fully intact.

  9. Due to hygiene reasons, any sign of usage, such as deodorant marks, scents, stains, or damaged packaging, will regrettably give our quality control team the right to refuse the exchange. Furthermore, for a seamless and verifiable process, all return packages must include the original invoice or order receipt; packages received without this mandatory documentation will not be entertained.


Order Cancellation Policy

  1. While orders are processed rapidly, users may request an order cancellation by contacting us via our WhatsApp number or email address strictly within 24 hours of placing the order, acknowledging that order cancellation is a request and not an automatic right once placed. 

  2. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any order for various reasons, including: suspected fraudulent transactions or non-compliance with our Terms of Use; unavailability of the ordered service or product; logistical difficulties related to delivery that are outside our control; or if the User is unreachable or unavailable at the registered address during the scheduled delivery time, leading to failed delivery attempts. 

  3. For the protection of our services, the Company maintains a record of fraudulent and non-complying users, reserving the right to deny future service or cancel current orders placed by them.

  4. If your order cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed promptly and credited to your original payment method within 48 to 72 business hours of approval. Please be advised that our policy supports exchanges for items meeting eligibility criteria, but no monetary refund will be issued for successfully exchanged products.

  5.  In the event your desired size for an exchange is unavailable, we request you select an alternative product of equal or higher value, where you will be required to pay only the balance amount for the difference in price.
